1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We keep shipping simple and transparent. Your options and costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay:

International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart, so you always see the exact cost before paying.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time = order processing (1–3 business days) + shipping transit time. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

A note on timing: these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, and peak periods beyond our control. The vast majority of orders arrive within the windows above.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel's journey at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, or you haven't received your tracking email, just reach out to support@monowander.com and we'll look into it right away.
5. Shipping From Our Partners
To bring you quality products at fair prices, some Monowander items ship directly from our trusted global fulfilment partners. This means:
- If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days — this is normal and at no extra cost to you.
- You'll receive tracking for each shipment where available.
- Every item is quality-checked before dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and Monowander has no control over them. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@monowander.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, we're here to help — and we'll make it right. Contact support@monowander.com with your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged) and we'll investigate, replace, or refund as needed. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and many other countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at support@monowander.com — we're always expanding and may be able to help.
